Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between Psychological Sustainability and Learning Agility in several JABODETABEK industries. The respondents of this study were 981 employees from 7 industries namely PT.X, Food Top (Es Teler 77), Banten Police Personnel, PT Permata Bank, TBK, Workers who attended the Mercu Buana University, PT X Tangerang, Environmental Administration Institutions. This research instrument uses a measuring instrument with a total of 12 items for Psychological Empowerment (Spreitzer, 1995) with Cronbach's Alpha 0.939 and 31 items for Learning Agility (De Meuse, 2012) with Cronbach's Alpha 0.872. Data analysis uses average (average) value, categorization, valuation technique, Spearman Rank, and different test. The results of this study indicate the relationship between the dimensions of Psychological Empowerment and the dimension of Learning Agility. Keywords: Psychological Empowerment, Learning Agility Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan Keberdayaan Psikologis dengan Learning Agility di beberapa industri JABODETABEK. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 981 karyawan dari 7 industri yaitu PT.X, Top Food (Es Teler 77), Personel Polda Banten, PT Permata Bank, TBK, Pekerja yang berkuliah di Universitas Mercu Buana, PT X Tangerang, Lingkungan Lembaga Administrasi. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur dengan total 12 aitem untuk Keberdayaan Psikologis (Spreitzer, 1995) dengan Cronbach’s Alpha 0,939 dan 31 aitem untuk Learning Agility (De Meuse, 2012) dengan Cronbach’s Alpha 0,872 . Analisis data menggunakan nilai rata-rata (mean), kategorisasi, teknik korelasi Spearman Rank, dan uji beda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara dimensi Keberdayaan Psikologis dengan dimensi Learning Agility . Kata Kunci: Keberdayaan Psikologis,Learning agility
