Abstract
The quality of human resources is an important factor that can support the productivity and quality of a company. High competent human resources are company assets. To be able to always improve the quality of human resources, it is necessary to analyze the work performance of existing employees. Currently PT. Global Distribution does not yet have a system used to support the employee performance appraisal process, the calculation process still uses manual methods, namely by calculating the score of each criterion using an appraisal form. With this manual assessment process, it is very possible that errors occur, and requires a long time in the process. Therefore an analysis and design of an employee performance appraisal system is made using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method to facilitate the process of employee performance appraisal objectively at PT. Global Distribution is based on weights and assessment criteria set by the company. Key words: weights, criteria, performance appraisal, simple additive weighting Kualitas sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor penting yang dapat menunjang produktivitas serta mutu suatu perusahaan. Sumber daya manusia yang berkompetensi tinggi adalah merupakan aset perusahaan. Untuk dapat selalu meningkatkan kualitas dari sumber daya manusia, perlu dilakukan analisa atas kinerja kerja karyawan yang ada. Saat ini PT. Global Distribution belum mempunyai sistem yang digunakan untuk mendukung proses penilaian kinerja karyawan, proses perhitungan masih menggunakan cara manual, yaitu dengan menghitung skor setiap kriteria menggunakan form penilaian. Dengan proses penilaian secara manual ini, sangat mungkin terjadi kesalahan, serta membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam proses pengerjaannya. Oleh karena itu dibuat analisa dan perancangan sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) agar mempermudah proses penilaian kinerja karyawan secara objektif di PT. Global Distribution berdasarkan bobot dan kriteria-kriteria penilaian yang sudah ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Kata kunci: bobot, kriteria, penilaian kinerja, simple additive weighting
