Abstract

The development of the company affected by the productivity and performance of employees on the job. PT Telkom Access provides an opportunity for all employees to get a rise or shift positions. This system is designed to provide information to the supervisor or the Human Reseource units of unfilled job positions available to be occupied by employees of PT Telkom access. This system is used to apply a good employee shift mutation, Promotion and Demotion. The system was developed with the approach SDLC prototype and use the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This system has been able to provide a means for checking the positions available, providing features for report processing employee data and positioning, provides reporting feature data in chart form for unit Human Reseource. Keywords: System, employees, displacement, Human Reseource, Web, Prototype Perkembangan perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh produktifitas dan kinerja pegawai terhadap pekerjaannya. PT Telkom Akses memberi kesempatan kepada seluruh karyawan untuk mendapatkan kenaikan atau perpindahan posisi. Sistem ini dirancangan untuk memberikan informasi kepada atasan atau unit Human Reseource tentang posisi pekerjaan yang belum terisi yang tersedia untuk di tempati oleh karyawan di PT Telkom Akses. Sistem ini digunakan untuk mengajukan perpindahan karyawan baik Mutasi, Promosi dan Demosi. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan pendekatan SDLC prototype dan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MySQL. Sistem ini telah dapat menyediakan sarana untuk prosespengecekan posisi yang tersedia, menyediakan fitur untuk pengolahan report data karyawan dan posisi, menyediakan fitur laporan data dalam bentuk chart untuk unit Human Reseource.
