Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of School Principal Leadership Style, School Organizational Climate and the Teacher Working Motivation factors to Teacher Performance of SMK Negeri 56 Jakarta. The research methodology used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The research sample is the 65 teachers of SMK Negeri 56 especially public servants (PNS). The method of data collection are carried out using library studies and other documents that support and give the questionnaire to the respondent. The method of analysis is carried out using multiple regression methods. The results of research show that there is influence of School Principal Leadershp Style, School Organizational Cilmate and Teacher Working Motivation of Teachers performance significantly indicated by a value of 71.2%. So inductivelly the research can be concluded the factors have influence toward teachers performance significantly both partially and simultaneously. Keywords : Leadership Style,Organization Climate,Work Motivation,Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang Pengaruh factor-faktor Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Iklim Organisasi Sekolah, dan Motivasi Kerja Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK negeri 56 Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah Guru SMK Negeri 56 khusus yang berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang berjumlah 65 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan dan dokumen lain yang mendukung serta memberikan kuesioner kepada responden. Metode analisis menggunakan motode regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Iklim Organisasi Sekolah, dan Motivasi kerja Guru teerhadap Kinerja Guru secara signifikan seperti ditunjukkan dengan nilai sebesar 71,2%. Dengan demikian secara umum dapat dikatakan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan factor Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Iklim Organisasi Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja Guru terhadapa Kinerja Guru, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.
