Abstract
The research was conducted to determine the relationship between learning agility and collaboration in Banten Regional Police personnel. In this study using a correlational method with learning agility and collaboration as research variables. The subjects in this research are Banten Regional Police Personnel who have a minimum educational background of high school / vocational school, work in the Banten Regional Police jurisdiction and have a minimum position of staff or executors. The research sample was taken using stratified sampling method with total respondents in this study are 121 respondents. In data collection researchers used two measuring instruments namely the learning agility scale (31 items) from the theory developed by De Meuse, Dai, Swisher, Eichinger, & Lombardo (2012) and the scale of collaboration (35 items) developed from Taylor's theory (2008 ) Analysis techniques for hypotheses test using the Pearson Correlation technique. The results show that there is a significant relationship between learning agility with collaboration with Banten Regional Police Personnel with a significant value of 0,000 (p <0.05). Other findings from this study show that, there are differences in learning agility and collaboration based on gender with a significance value of 0.004 (p <0.05) in learning agility and a significance value of 0.00 (p <0.05) in collaboration. There is a difference in learning agility based on work position with a significant value of 0.008 (p <0.05). there are differences in learning agility and collaboration based on education with a significance value of 0.010 (p <0.05) in learning agility and a significance value of 0.039 (p <0.05) in collaboration. Key Words: learning agility, collaboration, personnel, Banten Regional Police Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat hubungan anatara learning agility dengan kolaborasi pada personel Polda Banten. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional dengan variabel penelitian yaitu learning agility dan kolaborasi. Subjek dalam penelitiam ini adalah Personel Polda Banten yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, bekerja di daerah hukum Polda Banten dan memiliki jabatan minimal Staf atau pelaksana. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode stratified sampling dengan total responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 121 responden. Dalam pengambilan data peneliti menggunakan dua alat ukur, yaitu skala learning agility (31 items) dari teori yang dikembangkan oleh De Meuse, Dai, Swisher, Eichinger, & Lombardo (2012) dan skala kolaborasi (35 items) yang dikembangkan dari teori Taylor (2008). Teknik analisa untuk menguji hipotesa menggunakan teknik Korelasi Pearson. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara learning agility dengan kolaborasi pada Personel Polda Banten dengan nilai significant 0,000 (p<0,05). Temuan lain dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, terdapat perbedaan learning agility dan kolaborasi berdasarkan jenis kelamin dengan nilai signifikansi 0.004 (p<0.05) pada learning agility dan nilai signifikansi 0.00 (p<0.05) pada kolaborasi. Terdapat perbedaan learning agility berdasarkan jabatan dengan nilai significant 0,008 (p<0.05). terdapat perbedaan learning agility dan kolaborasi berdasarkan pendidikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,010 (p<0.05) pada learning agility dan nilai signifikansi 0.039 (p<0.05) pada kolaborasi.
