Abstract

This research is supposed to know relationship between achievement motivation with employability skills in psychology college at “X” University batch 2015-2018. Research method used quantitative method with 121 psychology college batch 2015-2018 in total with saturated sampling. Achievement motivation measured by achievement motivation McClelland (1987) consisting of 44 items and employability skills measured by employability skills competension scale, SCANS SKILLS ASSESMENT (Roberts, Lynn, & dkk, 2000) consisting of 24 items. Data analyzing technique used spearman corelation test with spss 22.0 support. from the results of data analysis shows that there is a relationship between achievement motivation with Employability Skills in psychology college at "X" University with a correlation coefficient of 0.286 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. Keywords: Achievement Motivation, Employability Skills Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Motivasi Berprestasi dengan Kompetensi Dasar Kerja pada mahasiswa psikologi Universitas “X” angkatan 2015-2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif, dengan total responden 121 mahasiswa psikologi angkatan 2015-2018 dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Motivasi Berprestasi diukur dengan menggunakan skala Motivasi Berprestasi McClelland (1987) yang terdiri dari 44 item dan untuk Kompetensi Dasar Kerja diukur menggunakan skala kompetensi Employability Skills, SCANS SKILLS ASSESMENT (Roberts, Lynn, & dkk, 2000) yang terdiri dari 24 item. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi spearman dengan menggunakan bantuan spss 22.0. dari hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan antara Motivasi Berprestasi dengan Kompetensi Dasar Kerja pada mahasiswa psikologi Universitas “X” dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,286 dan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Berprestasi, Employability Skills, Kompetensi Dasar Kerja
