Abstract

The arrival of the Industry 4.0 Revolution is now inevitable. The disruption phenomenon that colored the Industry 4.0 Revolution culture fundamentally brought along a change in the way of living, working and relationships with one another. The whole sector has to be able to adapt to the changes needed with the beginning of this era, and one of the keys required is Human Resource (HR). The HR's tole in thos era is very definitive of an organization's directiom and progress. This also needs to be transformed into a momentum of government organization transformation, where the government has to strive for their HR, in this case Civil Workers (PNS), so they can be responsive & adaptive towards change. One of the government's efforts in handling Government Organization Transformation Urgency is building teamwork that prioritizes in collaboration and synergy, not competition. Based on said background, the author did some research to know an employee's readiness in facing the 4.0 revolution era, where an employee as HR is deemed capable to adapt in facing change. Results from the correlation test between the dimensions of learning agility and the dimensions of collaboration shows the dimension that posesses the highest signifivance level is the dimension of change agility towards team and cooperation. To measure and analyze the connection between these variables, researchers distrubuted questionnaires to 117 employees from State Administration Agency as respondents, using quantitative methods, Non-probability quota sampling techniques, Pearson Product Moment correlation coefficient analysis. As for the research results stating a significant connection between learning agility and collaborative ability in an individual, this can be seen from a significant increase (sig.) 0.000 < 0.005, with a correlation coeficient level of 0.720. This means the higher one's learning agility ability could be predicted through good collaboration skills Keywords : Learning agility, collaboration, teamwork Kehadiran era Revolusi Industri 4.0 sudah tidak dapat terelakkan lagi, fenomena disrupsi yang mewarnai peradaban Revolusi Industri 4.0 turut serta membawa perubahann secara fundamental pada cara hidup, cara bekerja dan relasi dalam berhubungan dengan satu sama lain. Seluruh sektor harus dapat menyesuaikan perubahan yang dibutuhkan dengan masuknya era ini dan salah satu kuncinya adalah Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Peran SDM dalam era ini sangat menentukan arah dan kemajuan bagi sebuah organisasi. Hal ini pun harus dijadikan momentum transformasi organisasi pemerintah, dimana pemerintah harus mengupayakan SDMnya dalam hal ini Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) agar mampu responsive dan adaptif terhadapa perubahan. Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk mengatasi Urgensi Transformasi Organisasi Pemerintah adalah dengan dibangunnya team-work yang mengedepankan kolaborasi dan sinergi, bukan kompetisi. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut penulis melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui kesiapan pegawai dalam menghadapi era revolusi 4.0. dimana pegawai sebagai SDM dituntut mampu untuk beradaptasi dalam menghadapi perubahan. Untuk mengukur dan menganalisa hubungan antar vaiabael tersebut, peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 117 pegawai di lingkungan Lembaga Administrasi Negara sebagai responden, menggunakan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel Non-probability quota sampling, analisis koefisien korelasi Product Moment Pearson. Adapun hasil dari penelitiannya adalah bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara learning agility dengan kemampuan kolaborasi pada individu, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil nilai signifikasi (sig.) 0.000 < 0,05, dengan tingkat correlation coeficient sebesar 0,720. Artinya semakin tinggi kemampuan learning agility seseorang dapat diprediksi memiliki kemampuan kolaborasi yang baik. Hasil uji korelasi antar dimensi learning agility dan dimensi kolaborasi (collaboration) dimensi yang memiliki tingkat signifikansi paling tinggi adalah dimensi change agility terhadap team and coorpeoration.
