Abstract

This study aims to know the degree of Brand Image and Product Quality either partially or simultaneously towards Customer Loyalty of Ventolin Nebules in Bandung. This research was descriptive and verificative. Method used was survey and by applying SPSS program. Purposive sampling technique was taken by mean of questionnaires. Total sample of 88 respondents picked. The result showed that all independent variables were affected significantly and positive to the Customer Loyalty. Key words : Brand Image, Product Quality and Customer Loyalty Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk, baik secara parsial ataupun simultan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Ventolin Nebules di Bandung. Metode penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif dan menggunakan metode survey dengan aplikasi program SPSS. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling, dengan pembagian kuesioner. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 88 responden. Dari hasil analisis regresi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen. Kata kunci : Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk dan Loyalitas Konsumen
