Abstract
The purposes of this research are to know : 1) the effect of training on the performance front liners in BNI Kramat, 2) the effect of leadership on the performance front liners in BNI Kramat, 3) training and leadership influence on the performance front liners in BNI Kramat. The method used in this research is descriptive method (exposure based on data) / surveys and case studies where the methods the author has no control over the events under study, but the focus on contemporary events (the event time of the study) in which the subjects in the study were all employees BNI frontliner Kramat much as 182 employees. From the results generated penilitian: 1) training in a positive and significant effect on the performance front liners ,2) leadership in a positive and significant effect on the performance of fronliner , 3) training and leadership together to positively impact on employee performance . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang: 1) pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja frontliner di BNI Kramat, 2) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja frontliner di BNI Kramat, 3) pengaruh pelatihan dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja frontliner di BNI Kramat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif (pemaparan berdasarkan data) / survey dan studi kasus dimana pada metode tersebut penulis tidak memiliki kendali terhadap peristiwa yang diteliti, tetapi fokus terhadap peristiwa kontemporer (peristiwa saat penelitian dilakukan) dimana subjek yang diteliti adalah seluruh pegawai frontliner BNI Kramat sebanyak 182 pegawai. Dari hasil penilitian dihasilkan : 1) pelatihan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja frontliner , 2) kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja fronliner , 3)pelatihan dan kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja pegawai .
