Abstract

This study aims to know the description of the implementation of codes of ethics Directorate General of Taxation and motivation to work on the performance of non-echelon officials at the Tax Office Primary Tigaraksa. In addition this study also aimed to determine the effect of the code of conduct Directorate General of Taxes on non-echelon employee performance, motivation to work on the performance of non-echelon employees, as well as the impact of ethics code of the performance of non-echelon employees. The method used is descriptive research verifikatif, with a population of non-echelon employees and saturated samples, regression analysis and correlation. The results are the Directorate General of Tax code of ethics and motivation play an important role in improving the performance of non-echelon officials at the Tax Office Primary Tigaraksa. Keywords : Code of Ethics, Motivation, and Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan kode etik Direktorat Jenderal Pajak dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai non eselon pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Tigaraksa. Selain itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kode etik Direktorat Jenderal Pajak terhadap kinerja pegawai non eselon, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai non eselon, serta pengaruh kode etik Direktorat Jenderal Pajak dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai non eselon. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif verifikatif, dengan populasi pegawai non eselon dan sampel jenuh, analisis regresi dan korelasi. Hasil yang didapat adalah kode etik Direktorat Jenderal Pajak dan motivasi kerja berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai non eselon pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Tigaraksa.
