Abstract
Shoe rack is a furniture product that is designed as a shoe storage container. Furniture product usually occupy spaces in residential homes, both space on the wall and room on the floor. However, most furniture products have dimensions that cannot be changed to adjust the space in a residential home, very limited placement, even though there are empty places in a room that can be utilized. These places are like indentation on the walls and corners of the room, these places are usually left blank or just placed decorations that don’t have more functions. Therefore the writer is inspired to make a product that can help overcome these problems. Great hope with the product was created, people can use it for the utilization of space on the walls in residential homes, so that the people can utilize space optimally. Keyword: Shoe Rack, Furniture, Modular Rak sepatu merupakan sebuah produk furniture yang dirancang sebagai wadah penyimpanan sepatu. Produk furniture biasanya menempati ruang�ruang pada rumah hunian baik ruang pada dinding mau pun ruang pada lantai. Akan tetapi kebanyakan produk furniture memiliki dimensi yang tidak dapat diubah untuk menyesuaikan ruang pada rumah hunian, peletakannya pun sangat terbatas, padahal ada tempat-tempat kosong pada sebuah ruangan yang dapat dimanfaatkan. Tempat-tempat tersebut seperti lekukan pada dinding dan sudut ruangan, tempat-tempat tersebut biasanya dibiarkan kosong atau hanya diletakan hiasan yang tidak memiliki fungsi lebih. Maka dari itu penulis terinspirasi untuk membuat sebuah produk yang dapat membantu mengatasi permasalah tersebut. Besar harapan dengan diciptakan produk tersebut, masyarakat dapat menggunakannya untuk pemanfaatan ruang pada dinding di rumah hunian, sehingga masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan ruang dengan optimal.
