Abstract

This thesis aims to anilice the effect of perception price, Physical Evedenci and service quality to the student satisfaction levels in Pamulang university. This study was conducted at the University of Pamulang by using survey methods to engineering students who are still active .Surveys were administered to a247 sample of respondents to the questionnaire, which consisted of 22 questions. The data collected and then processed using SPSS program. VERSION 21 to see the effect of each variable studied. The results showed that the variables of price perception, physical evidence and quality of service are positively correlated to the level of satisfaction. Keywords: Perception price, physical evidence, quality of service and customer satisfaction. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh persepsi harga, Bukti Fisik Physical Evedenci dan kualitas layanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan Mahasiswa universitas Pamulang. Penelitian ini di lakukan di Universitas pamulang dengan mengunakan metode survey kepada mahasiswa fakultas teknik mesin yang masih aktif. Survey dilakukan terhadap 247 sampel responden dengan kuesioner, yang terdiri dari 22 pertanyaan. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian diolah mengunakan program SPSS. VERSI 21 untuk melihat pengaruh dari tiap-tiap variabel yang diteliti. Hasil dari penelitrian menunjukkan bahwa variabel persepsi harga, bukti fisik dan kualitas layanan berkorelasi positif terhadap tingkat kepuasan. Kata kunci : Persepsi Harga, Bukti fisik, kualitas layanan dan kepuasan konsumen.
