Abstract

Manau Lounge is a chair product designed to provide comfort and beauty to produce an aesthetic feeling of relaxation, a sense of happiness, a sense of calm and restoring bad feelings for the better. The form of a lounge chair that is formed from the characteristics of rattan is flexible and strong making rattan easier to form. The application of concepts and themes in the form of the use of original colors from rattan, and using pure rattan material designed with curved domed shapes using the pulling system method on lounge chairs utility aims to produce unique shapes that give birth to the aesthetic beauty of rattan chairs as well as the quality aspect defeated. Keywords: Rattan, Manau Rattan, and Lounge Chairs Lounge Manau merupakan produk kursi yang dirancang untuk memberikan kenyamanan dan keindahan sehingga menghasilkan estetika rasa rileks, rasa bahagia, rasa ketenangan dan memulihkan perasaan yang buruk menjadi lebih baik. Bentuk kursi santai yang terbentuk dari karakteristik rotan yaitu lentur dan kuat membuat rotan lebih mudah untuk dibentuk. Penerapan konsep dan tema berupa penggunaan warna asli dari rotan, dan menggunakan material murni rotan yang dirancang dengan bentuk berdominan melengkung dengan menggunakan metode sistem tarik menarik pada utilitas kursi santai bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bentuk yang unik sehingga melahirkan estetika keindahan pada kursi rotan serta segi kualitas kekuatan tidak terkalahkan.
