Abstract

Abstrak—Pengelolaan aset merupakan hal penting bagi perusahaan yang operasionalnya bergantung pada aset. Hal ini dapat di lihat pada perusahan manufaktur, perusahaan jasa seperti rumah sakit, pelayanan publik, restaurant, perbankan dll. Penanganan aset berupa IT khususnya bagi perusahaan yang sudah menerapkan IT pada kegiatan operasionalnya, dibutuhkan manajemen yang baik untuk dilakukan pengontrolan dan pengawasan agar tidak terjadi kehilangan aset, dan mengoptimalkan kegunaan aset itu sendiri. Pada penelitian ini mengambil kasus pada perusahaan makanan dengan nama PT. Fast Food Indonesia, perusahaan ini memiliki cabang dan gerai di seluruh Indonesia. Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada perusahaan ini adalah tidak adanya batasan akses kedalam system permintaan aset, pendistribusian aset yang tidak tercatat sehingga sulit melakukan pelacakan lokasi aset, waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam memberikan informasi jumlah aset sangat lama dikarenakan sumber yang tersebar. Solusi dari permasalahan ini adalah dengan melakukan manajemen aset dalam hal pencatatan, penyimpanan data, pendistribusian informasi aset, approval pada beberapa transaksi, dan laporan pergerakan aset secara periode. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan pengontrolan keberadaan aset, memonitoring jumlah aset dan membantu perusahaan dalam meminimalisir kesalahan input request ataupun input data aset. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis sistem adalah metode RCA. Penelitian ini menghasilkan keluaran berupa aplikasi yang membantu perusahaan dalam melakukan pencatatan dan pengawasan atas pengelolaan aset IT mereka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pertama pada perusahaan tersebut untuk penanganan asset IT. This can be seen in manufacturing companies, service companies such as hospitals, public services, restaurants, banking etc. Managing IT assets, especially for companies that have implemented IT in their operational activities, requires good management to control and supervise so there is no loss of assets, and able to optimize the use of the assets itself. This research took study case of a food company with the name of PT. Fast Food Indonesia, this company has branches and outlets throughout Indonesia. The problems found in this company are that there are no access restrictions to the asset request system, unrecorded assets distribution so it is difficult to track the location of assets, the time required to provide information regarding the amount of assets is very long due to scattered sources. The solution to this problem is to carry out asset management in terms of recording, data storage, distribution of asset information, approval of several transactions, and periodic asset movement reports. The purpose of this research is to improve control over the existence of assets, monitoring the number of assets and assisting companies in minimizing errors in input requests or input data assets. The method used in the system analysis is the RCA method. This research produces an output in the form of an application that helps company in recording and supervising the management of their IT assets.
