Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan di PT. Bank BJB. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Bank BJB, Jakarta. Populasi berjumlah 60 orang karyawan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner melalui penyebaran google forms dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis, sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan Parial Least Square. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Dengan demikian perusahaan perlu memperhatikan tentang kepuasan kerja yang merupakan indikator keberhasilan operasi perusahaan dalam upaya mencapai tujuannya. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Motivasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research aims to find out how the Effect of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Motivation to Organizational Citizenship Behavior in employees at PT. Bank BJB. The research was conducted at PT. Bank BJB, Jakarta. A population of 60 employees used saturated samples. Data collection techniques use questionnaires through the dissemination of Google forms with quantitative approaches and hypothesis testing, while data analysis methods use Parial Least Square. The results of the data analysis in this study prove that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Thus the company needs to pay attention to job satisfaction which is an indicator of the success of the company's operations in an effort to achieve its goals.
