Abstract

Selama pandemi COVID-19, banyak penyedia layanan kesehatan mental mengalami pembatasan jam operasional bahkan tutup untuk sementara waktu. Hal ini pun mengakibatkan penurunan jumlah pasien di Merly’s Consulting sehingga pendapatan yang diperoleh klinik juga mengalami penurunan. Selain itu di masa digitalisasi seperti sekarang, semua aspek kehidupan sudah melibatkan internet. Sehingga digitalisasi klinik sangat dibutuhkan untuk menarik pasien dari segala tempat tanpa dibatasi oleh waktu dan lokasi. Selain itu manajemen data pasien dan jadwal konseling di klinik Merly’s Consulting juga masih belum terkoordinir dengan baik dan masih bersifat konvensional sehingga dikhawatirkan menyebabkan kerusakan, kehilangan data, serta adanya human error. Dengan adanya sistem pembuatan laporan mengenai klinik juga akan menjadi lebih mudah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah sebuat sistem yang bisa menjadi solusi bagi permasalahan yang ada di klinik Merly’s Consulting berbasis web yang dirancang dengan menggunakan metode SCRUM. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah SCRUM, SCRUM merupakan sebuah metode iteratif yang termasuk dalam metode Agile dalam cara mengelola dan menjalankan sebuah proyek berbasis tim, dimana bentuk tim dalam SCRUM dirancang untuk mengoptimalkan fleksibilitas, kreativitas dan produktivitas. Pengerjaan proyek dengan metode SCRUM diatur dalam Sprint yang dibuat dari Product Backlog dengan rincian task atau Sprint Backlog, Sprint Planning dan Sprint Detail, serta pada akhir Sprint dilakukan Sprint Review dan Restroprective untuk evaluasi hasil pekerjaan Sprint tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan sesuai dengan perancangan yang telah dibuat yaitu berupa sistem untuk melakukan daftar dan konseling secara online serta untuk manajemen data pasien. So that clinical digitization is needed to attract patients from all places without being limited by time and location. In addition, patient data management and counseling schedules at the Merly's Consulting clinic are still not well coordinated and are still conventional, so there are concerns that they will cause damage, loss of data, and human errors. With a system for making reports about clinics, it will also be easier. The purpose of this research is to produce a system that can be a solution to the problems that exist in Merly's Consulting web-based clinic which is designed using the SCRUM method. The method used in this research is SCRUM, SCRUM is an iterative method that is included in the Agile method in how to manage and run a team- based project, where the form of a team in SCRUM is designed to optimize flexibility, creativity, and productivity. Project work with the SCRUM method is arranged in a Sprint made from the Product Backlog with details of the task or Sprint Backlog, Sprint Planning and Sprint Detail, and at the end of the Sprint, a Sprint Review and Restroprective are carried out to evaluate the results of the Sprint work. The results of this study are expected to be following the design that has been made in the form of a system for registering and online counseling as well as for patient data management.
