Abstract

The main purpose this thesis observing the stages of made work orders in the PM module, it will be see stage of the process which are produces mismatch between the implementation with standard, using tool the RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) method by 5 Why and fish bone analysis that will be to find the root cause of the problem. Secondary data of work orders and two-state non-proportional random cluster sampling method it will be use to made orders can be observed one by one. Classify work orders into several categories of types and impact to the engine also comparing indicators will produce some of the tables that provide a comprehensive picture of existing sample data. Result of observation and research shows that the implementation of the PM system that special functions as management of work orders at the time still does not meet standards, the categories of calibration work orders and work order reporting indicators that have been held to be the main cause of incompatibility problems caused by the human and methodology factor. Keywords: planned maintenance, work order management Tujuan penelitian mengamati dan membandingkan tahapan-tahapan proses terbitnya perintah kerja pada PM sistem terlihat tahapan proses yang menghasilkan ketidaksesuaian antara implementasi dengan standar, akar permasalahan ditemukan dengan bantuan metode RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) menggunakan 5 Why dan fish bone analysis. Metode yang digunakan data sekunder perintah kerja dan two state cluster non proportional random sampling dilakukan untuk menjadikan jumlah data bisa diamati satu persatu. Menggolongkan kedalam beberapa kategori jenis pekerjaan dan dampak terhadap mesin serta membandingkan status dengan indikator-indikator sehingga menghasilkan beberapa tabel-tabel yang memberikan gambaran menyeluruh terhadap data sampel yang ada. Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa implementasi PM sistem yang fungsinya sebagai manajemen perintah kerja pada saat pengamatan masih belum sesuai dengan standar yang ada, kategori kalibrasi dan indikator pelaporan perintah kerja yang telah dilaksanakan menjadi kendala utama penyebab ketidaksesuaian yang disebabkan faktor dominan yaitu manusia dan metodologi.
