Abstract

Abstrak—Jasa konstruksi adalah salah satu jenis usaha yang layanan jasanya sangat diperlukan di Indonesia. Hal ini tentunya sudah sangat nyata terlihat dalam perkembangan infrastruktur di Indonesia. Jumlah masyarakat yang mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya tentu saja menjadi salah satu faktor yang mendorong bertumbuhnya pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia. Tentunya, apabila berbicara mengenai perihal konstruksi, maka pasti tidak akan terlepas dari aspek-aspek yang menjadi pendukung dalam hal suatu kegiatan konstruksi itu sendiri, yakni salah satunya berupa peralatan konstruksi. Objek penelitian kali ini adalah PT. Artha Prada Grup yang merupakan sebuah perusahaan kontraktor yang bergerak dibidang jasa Desain dan Konstruksi. Analisa yang penulis lakukan secara spesifik menuju pada proses monitoring terhadap proyek berjalan yang terjadi di perusahaan ini yang pada kenyataannya belum berjalan secara terstruktur dalam hal alur informasi maupun pencatatan basis data perkembangan proyek. Melihat aktivitas tersebut yang memiliki beberapa risiko tertentu, maka penulis membuat sebuah rancangan sistem usulan mengenai sistem monitoring dengan menggunakan metode UML. Melalui usulan ini, kiranya dapat membantu jalannya proses monitoring perkembangan proyek yang ada di perusahaan menjadi lebih mudah dan sekiranya usulan sistem tersebut juga bisa memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan dalam menghasilkan sebuah produk konstruksi. Abstract—Construction services are one type of business whose services are indispensable in Indonesia. This of course has been very evident in the development of infrastructure in Indonesia. The number of people who have increased every year is of course one of the factors driving the growth of infrastructure development in Indonesia. Of course, when talking about construction matters, it will certainly not be separated from the supporting aspects in the construction activity itself, one of which is construction equipment. The object of this research is PT. Artha Prada Group, which is a contractor company engaged in Design and Construction services. The analysis that the author has done specifically leads to the monitoring process of ongoing projects that occur in this company, which in fact has not run in a structured manner in terms of information flow and project development database recording. Seeing that these activities have certain risks, the authors make a proposed system design regarding a monitoring system using the UML method. Through this proposal, it would be able to make the process of monitoring project development easier in the company and if the proposed system could also have a positive impact on the company's performance in producing a construction product.
