Abstract

Hypotheses proposed are (1) there is positive and significant impact on the job satisfaction with employee performance PT Bank DKI Main Branch Juanda; (2) there is positive and significant impact on work motivation with employee performance PT Bank DKI Main Branch Juanda; and (3) there is positive and significant impact does simultaneously on job satisfaction and work motivation with employee performance PT Bank DKI Main Branch Juanda. This suggests that the higher job satisfaction and work motivation, the higher the employee performance. Empirically note that job satisfaction and work motivation plays an important role in improving the employee performance on PT Bank DKI Main Branch Juanda. Therefore, the results of this study expected to be a reference to improve employee performance by taking into account the level of job satisfaction and work motivation. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, Employee Performance Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah (1) terdapat dampak positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank DKI Cabang Utama Juanda; (2) terdapat dampak positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank DKI Cabang Utama Juanda; dan (3) terdapat dampak positif dan signifikan kepuasan dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank DKI Cabang Utama Juanda. Ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kepuasan dan motivasi, maka semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan. Secara empiric bahwa kepuasan dan motovasi kerja berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT Bank DKI Cabang Utama Juanda. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sehingga semakin baik tingkat kepuasan dan motivasi kerja yang dimiliki oleh karyawan, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kinerja yang akan dimiliki oleh karyawan PT Bank DKI Cabang Utama Juanda.
