Abstract

ABSTRAK Mesin Granulasi adalah mesin yang digunakan untuk kegiatan proses produksi di PT. Nutrifood Indonesia. Namun pada prosesnya sering terjadi kerusakan-kerusakan yang memakan banyak downtime produksi. Data dikumpulkan untuk menghitung nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) pada mesin Granulasi dari bulan Juli 2019 - Januari 2020. Kemudian akan dilakukan analisa nilai OEE dan analisa six big losses dengan menggunakan diagram pareto. Untuk meningkatkan nilai OEE akan dilakukan penerapan Autonomous Maintenance (AM) yang akan dilakukan operator pada mesin Granulasi. Setelah itu nilai OEE akan dihitung setelah penerapan Autonomous Maintenance (AM). Hasil perhitungan nilai OEE pada bulan Juli 2019 - Januari 2020, yaitu avaibility rate sebesar 78,10% dari standar kelas dunia sebesar 90% dan performance rate sebesar 89,00% dari standar kelas dunia sebesar 95%, sedangkan untuk quality rate telah masuk standar kelas dunia yaitu sebesar 99,58%. Kategori six big losses yang paling besar kolerasinya adalah Late Start/Early Stop dan Breakdown Loss. Yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk dicari penyebabnya adalah kategori breakdown loss, dengan tingkat presentase losses nya sebesar 21,01%. Brekdown Loss dianalisa menggunakan diagram sebabakibat. Dari hasil analisa, losses ini terjadi karena kerusakan pada sistem mechanical dan electrical yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya perawatan terhadap mesin oleh teknisi dan operator. Nutrifood Indonesia. However, in the process there are often defects that take up a lot of production downtime. Data were collected to calculate the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value on the Granulation machine from July 2019 - January 2020. Then an OEE value analysis would be carried out and six big losses analysis using the Pareto diagram. To increase the OEE value, the operator will implement Autonomous Maintenance (AM) on the granulation machine. After that the OEE value will be calculated after the implementation of Autonomous Maintenance (AM). The results of the calculation of the OEE value in July 2019 - January 2020, namely the avaibility rate of 78.10% of the world class standard of 90% and the performance rate of 89.00% of the world class standard of 95%, while the quality rate has entered the standard world class amounting to 99.58%. The six big losses categories with the greatest correlation are Late Start / Early Stop and Breakdown Loss. The main priority to find the cause is the breakdown loss category, with a percentage level of losses of 21.01%. Brekdown Loss is analyzed using a causal diagram. From the results of the analysis, these losses occur due to damage to the mechanical and electrical systems caused by the lack of maintenance of the machines by technicians and operators.
