Abstract

ABSTRAK Usaha kecil menengah Makaroni M memproduksi makaroni yang siap saji dengan berbagai varian rasa. Dengan adanya permintaan reseller Setiap bulanya jumlah pesanan yang tidak terlayani rata-rata 2.351 pcs dan permintaan untuk reseller rata-rata 4.292 pcs. Dengan adanya pesanan yang tidak terlayani tersebut, Makaroni M berharap bisa berkembang dari segi produksi. Dari segi alat, mesin dan waktu dianggap melebihi kapasitas mesin yang digunakan, seringkali harus melakukan kerja ekstra atau lembur untuk memenuhi permintaan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dilakukan penambahan kapasitas produksi. Langkah-langkah penentuan investasi sangat menentukan bagi usaha Makaroni M. Untuk menganalisa kriteria pengujian investasi, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Break Event Point (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Return (IRR), Minimum Attractive Rate Of Return (MARR), Payback Period (PP), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR). Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan usaha yang dijalankan oleh Makaroni M layak. Diharapkan dengan penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan reseller dan permintaan yang tidak terlayani dan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan pengambilan keputusan dan manfaat bagi pemilik usaha. Kata kunci: Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM), Break Event Point (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Return (IRR), Minimum Attractive Rate Of Return (MARR), Payback Period (PP), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR). ABSTRACT Small medium enterprise Makaroni M business is produce macaroni that is ready to serve with a variety of flavors. With the reseller request, each month the number of orders not served an average of 2.351 pcs and requests for resellers an average of 4.292 pcs. With these underserved orders, Makaroni M hopes to develop in terms of production. In terms of tools, machines and time are considered to exceed the capacity of the machines used, often having to do extra work or overtime to meet demand. To overcome this problem, additional production capacity was carried out. The steps to determine investment are very decisive for Makaroni M's business. To analyze the investment testing criteria, the research method used is the Break Event Point (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Return (IRR), Minimum Attractive Rate Of Return (MARR), Payback Period (PP), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR). The results of research using this method indicate that the business development run by Makaroni M is feasible. It is hoped that this research can increase production capacity and be able to meet the needs of resellers and unserved requests and the results of this study can provide decision making and benefits for business owners.
