Abstract

Komunikasi Politik Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Puti Pramathana Puspa Seruni Paundrianagari Guntur Soekarno Putri atau lebih dikenal Puti Guntur Soekarno dari Fraksi PDI Perjuangan dalam merebut hati masyarakat kota Surabaya dan kabupaten Sidoarjo pada pemilu legislatif tahun 2019-2024. Tulisan ini berusaha mengungkap komunikasi politik Puti Guntur Soekarno dalam merawat konstituennya. Ada tiga factor yang menjadi kemenangan Puti yaitu, Satu, Leadershipnya. Dua, Sebagai seorang kader idiologis dan biologis bung Karno kharisma Puti dalam konsolidasi dengan struktur partai menjadi magnet tersendiri tentunya mesin partai fokus bergerak untuk meraih suara. Sentuhan dan gaya kampanye Puti Guntur Soekarno menjadi daya tarik sendiri bagi PNI lama yang istilahnya adalah Banteng Balik Kandang, Tiga, Turun langsungnya Puti. Pesan politik yang dilakukan Puti memberikan program aspirasinya di bidang Pendidikan. Sebagai alat saluran politiknya Puti menggunakan media social. Dengan turunnya program aspirasinya yang dikombinasikan dengan kerja kepartaian melibatkan struktur partai dan relawan sehingga menyentuh semua lapisan masyarakat. program yang diturunkan dapat dirasakan oleh masyarakat, masyarakat luas lebih mengenal Puti dan merasa tidak ditinggalkan setelah terpilih sebagai anggota DPR. Two, as an ideological and biological cadre, Bung Karno Kharisma Puti in consolidation with the party structure became a magnet in itself, of course the party machine focused on moving to win votes. The touch and style of Puti Guntur Soekarno's campaign became the main attraction for the old PNI, whose term was Bull Behind the Kandang, Tiga, Puti's direct descent. Puti's political message conveys her aspirations in the education sector. As a political channel, Puti uses social media. With the decline in his aspirations program combined with party work involving party structures and volunteers so that it touches all levels of society. The program that was handed down could be felt by the community, the wider community knew Puti better and felt that they were not left behind after being elected as a member of the DPR.
