Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that has adopted the unity of diversity. Indonesia which is a unitary country has a different diversity. Not only about culture, but also about the diversity of Traditional Nusantara culinary that has existed since our ancestors. The lack of complete knowledge and information makes the nusantara's culinary diversity not too much informed. What's more, the influx of foreign cuisine makes the nusantara culinary more forgotten. The presence of this nusantara culinary gallery is expected by the community to be more interested and seek deeper information about the nusantara culinary. The Nusantara Culinary Gallery can also summarize the culinary diversity of the archipelago which has a diversity of each region - each. In attracting the interest of the public, the Nusantara Culinary Gallery is made like a recreational place today that is fun but can still provide education and informative which is not only a visual picture but also can experience the culinary delights of the nusantara. Keywords : nusantara Culinary, Gallery, unity of diversity, Fun. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang mengangkat asas kesatuan keragaman. Indonesia yang merupakan negara kesatuan memiliki keragaman yang berbeda. Tidak hanya soal budaya, tapi juga soal keragaman kuliner Tradisional Nusantara yang sudah ada sejak nenek moyang. Kurangnya pengetahuan serta informasi yang lengkap membuat keragaman kuliner nusantara tidak terlalu banyak di ketahui informasinya. Terlebih lagi masuknya kuliner luar negri membuat kuliner nusantara semakin terlupakan. Adanya Galeri Kuliner nusantara ini diharapkan Masyarakat dapat lebih tertarik serta mencari informasi lebih dalam mengenai kuliner nusantara. Galeri Kuliner nusantara juga dapat merangkum dari keragaman kuliner nusantara yang memiliki keragaman dari tiap daerahnya masing - masing. Dalam menarik minat masyarakat, Galeri Kuliner Nusantara dibuat seperti tempat rekreasi jaman sekarang yang menyenangkan namun tetap dapat memberikan edukasi serta informatif yang bukan hanya berupa gambaran visual saja namun juga dapat merasakan kuliner Nusantara.
