Abstract
Dalam era globalisasi saat ini, dunia bisnis dan usaha mengalami perubahan yang cepat. Baik Secara internal maupun eksternal. Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi membuat organisasi saling berkompetisi secara ketat. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu strategi perusahaan untuk mempertahankan keunggulan komparatifnya, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia tidak lepas dari faktor tingkat keberprestasian karyawan yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan demi mencapai tujuan organisasi.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh “Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Sekretariat Kemenko Perekonomian (Studi Kasus Unit Kerja Biro Perencanaan)”, dengan populasi seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 78 pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan SMART-PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Sekretariat Kemenko Perekonomian (Studi Kasus Unit Kerja Biro Perencanaan). Penulis merekomendasikan agar perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kinerja dari displin kerja terutama dalam hal komitmen organisasi sebagai salah satu strategi untuk memiliki kompetensi sesuai bidangnya. The sample in this study used a saturated sample. The data collection technique was done by using a questionnaire method. The sampling method used nonprobability sampling technique. The method of analysis in this study is to use the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SMART-PLS version 3.0. The results showed that Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment, and Competence had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy (Case Study of the Planning Bureau's Work Unit). The author recommends that companies can improve the performance of work discipline, especially in terms of organizational commitment as a strategy to have competence according to their field.
