Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh Return On Assets (ROA), Current (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman (pada Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2018). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan teknik analisis data panel, terdapat 8 perusahaan selama 6 tahun penelitian yang sesuai dengan kriteria sampel penelitian dari total 22 perusahaan. Hasil dari teknik analisis data panel didapatkan bahwa model yang lebih tepat digunakan adalah Common Effect Model. Berdasarkan nilai adjusted R2 Common Effect sebesar 0.401281 atau 40,12%, dapat diartikan bahwa Return On Assets (ROA), Current Assets (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dapat menjelaskan keterkaitannya terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 59,87% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar variabel yang diteliti. Hasil dari uji statistik t (uji pasial) menunjukkan bahwa Return On Assets (ROA) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, Current Assets (CR) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Kata kunci: Kinerja Perusahaan, Return On Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). This study aims to analyze the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Curre (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the Performance of Food and Beverage Companies (in the Food and Beverage Sub Sector Listed on the Stock Exchange. Indonesia 2013-2018 period). The sampling technique used purposive sampling and panel data analysis techniques, there were 8 companies during the 6 years of the study that were in accordance with the research sample criteria from a total of 22 companies. The results of the panel data analysis technique show that a more appropriate model to use is the Common Effect Model. Based on the adjusted R2 Common Effect value of 0.401281 or 40.12%, it means that Return On Assets (ROA), Current Assets (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) can explain their relationship to company performance, while the rest is 59.87. % explained by other variables outside the variables studied. The results of the t statistical test (pasial test) show that Return on Assets (ROA) has a significant effect on company performance, Current Assets (CR) has a significant effect on company performance and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on company performance.
