Abstract
PT. XYZ has collaborated with PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero), Tbk to provide and manage WAC platform Autelan as one of the backend devices needed to provide wifi.id services. However, during period 2 quarter of 2020-2021, total KPI performance by PT. XYZ always <=100%. Data analysis using the DMAIC method and with the Pareto diagram, it is found that the highest percentage of fault orders is the change request with the percentage of 46.41%, service restore with a percentage of 28.71%, problem resolution with a percentage of 12.44%, software replacement with a percentage of 8.13%, and hardware replacement with a percentage of 4.31%. Then an analysis was carried out using the 5 why method and a causal diagram assisted by FGD activities. There are 4 main problems obtained from several factors including humans, machines, environment, and measurement. The proposed improvement is taken using the 5W1H method and for the implementation of the improvement recommendations, a Gantt chart is made to monitor and control the work of the recommendations provided. Keyword: Key Performance Indicator, DMAIC Method, Fishbone Diagram, 5W1H Method PT.XYZ telah menjalin kerjasama dengan PT.Telkom Indonesia (Persero), Tbk untuk menyediakan dan mengelola perangkat WAC platform Autelan sebagai salah satu perangkat backend yang dibutuhkan guna menyediakan layanan jasa wifi.id. Namun selama periode 2 kuartal tahun 2020-2021 total kinerja KPI oleh PT.XYZ selalu <=100%. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode DMAIC dan dengan diagram pareto ditemukan bahwa presentase terbesar order gangguan tertinggi yakni pada KPI change request dengan persentase 46,41%, KPI service restore dengan persentase 28,71%, KPI problem resolution dengan persentase 12,44%, sodtware replacement dengan persentase 8,13%, dan hardware replacement dengan persentase 4,31%. Lalu dilakukan analisa menggunakan metode 5 why dan diagram sebab akibat dibantu dengan kegiatan FGD. Ditemukan 4 masalah utama yang didapat dari beberapa faktor diantaranya manusia, mesin, lingkungan, dan pengukuran. Usulan perbaikan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode 5W1H dan untuk implementasi rekomendasi perbaikan dibuatkan gantt chart untuk memonitor dan mengkontrol pengerjaan dari rekomendasi yang berikan.
