Abstract

Cibodas Village is one of the villages in West Bandung Regency which has tourism potential and creative economy. The purpose of this study is to develop a creative tourism village model based on Regional Innovation Capacity with Exponential Regression Methods and Dynamic Sistems. The three variables that are the focus of this research are General Infrastructure for Innovation, Specific Industry Clusters, and Linkage. The survey was conducted on 100 respondents consisting of the Cibodas Village community, policy makers, academics, visitors, communities, and creative economy actors. The results of the model development using the Exponential Regression Method show that there are two significant indicators, namely the process of socializing the financing mechanism for Intellectual Property / Communal Intellectual Property in West Bandung Regency and Financing Services (Banks, Venture Capital, Crowd Funding, Sharia Financing) for goods and services can be used in Cibodas Village. Based on the results of the identification with the exponential regression, it is used as the basis for making scenarios in Dynamic Sistems. The results of the development of the Dynamic Sistem model with a timeline of 24 months, with a doubling of the linkage intervention scenario, showed that the increase in the socialization process for the financing mechanism for Intellectual Property, Education, and Tourism Objects was 6.76%. Increase in Financing, Tourism, and Creative Economy Services by 9.5%, and increase in linkage by 0.04%. From the results of the analysis, the recommendations given to the Head of Cibodas Village, Head of BUMDES, Creative Economy Actors, and KBB Disparbud are Improving the process of socializing Intellectual Property financing, Improving Bank and Non-Bank financing services, and Increasing the absorption of new technology by synergizing with Universities and R & D, and Improving R & D capabilities in producing products. Keywords: Cibodas Village, Innovation, Tourism and Creative Economy, Exponential Regression, Dynamic Sistem Desa Cibodas sebagai salah satu desa di Kabupaten Bandung Barat yang memiliki potensi pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model desa wisata kreatif berbasis Kapasitas Inovasi Daerah dengan Metode Regresi Eksponensial dan Sistem Dinamis. Tiga variable yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini adalah Infrastruktur Umum Inovasi, Klaster Industri Spesifk, dan Linkage. Survey dilakukan terhadap 100 responden yang terdiri dari masyarakat Desa Cibodas, pengambil kebijakan, akademisi, pengunjung, komunitas, dan pelaku ekraf. Hasil pengembangan model dengan Metode Regresi Eksponesial menunjukkan bahwa ada dua indikator yang signifikan, yaitu Proses sosialisasi mekanisme pembiayaan Kekayaan Intelektual / Kekayaan Intelektual Komunal di Kabupaten Bandung Barat dan Layanan Pembiayaan (Bank, Modal Ventura, Crowd Funding, Pembiayaan Syariah) untuk barang dan jasa yang dapat dimanfaatkan di Desa Cibodas. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi dengan regresi eksponensial tersebut, maka dijadikan sebagai dasar dalam membuat skenario pada Sistem Dinamis. Hasil pengembangan model Sistem Dinamis dengan timeline 24 bulan, dengan skenario intervensi linkage dua kali lipat menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan Proses sosialisasi mekanisme pembiayaan Kekayaan Intelektual, Pendidikan, dan Obyek Wisata sebesar 6.76%. Peningkatan Layanan Pembiayaan, Pariwisata, dan Ekonomi Kreatif sebesar 9.5%, dan peningkatan linkage sebesar 0.04%. Dari hasil analisis tersebut, maka rekomendasi yang diberikan kepada Kepala Desa Cibodas, Kepala BUMDES, Pelaku Ekraf, dan Disparbud KBB adalah Meningkatkan proses sosialisasi pembiayaan Kekayaan Intelektual, Meningkatkan layanan pembiayaan Bank dan Non Bank, dan Meningkatkan penyerapan teknologi baru dengan bersinergi bersama Perguruan Tinggi dan Litbang, dan Meningkatkan kemampuan litbang dalam menghasilkan produk.
