Abstract

ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis penjadwalan proyek fire fighting tujuan mengetahui durasi optimal proyek dapat diselesaikan. Indikator yang digunakan untuk memperhitungkan durasi optimal adalah dengan hubungan keterkaitan antar pekerjaan, perubahan durasi dengan 50% probabilitas dan project buffer. Penjadwalan yang sudah dibuat sebelumnya dilakukan pengklasifikasian kegiatan proyek dan selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan dengan metode critical chain untuk mencari dan menentukan besaran buffer project yang akan digunakan untuk menganalisis penjadwalan yang sudah dibuat sebelumnya. Hasil dari perhitungan metode critical chain didapat waktu penyelesaian proyek menjadi 1563 hari kerja dari 1830 hari kerja. Melalui hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa proyek dapat dipercepat dengan metode critical chain dan pemakaian durasi project buffer dapat memberikan informasi bagi pihak pelaksana proyek dalam mengambil tindakan yang terkait dengan pengendalian saat pelaksanaan proyek, khususnya dalam pengendalian resiko yang akan membuat proyek terlambat. This research was conducted to analyze the scheduling of a project with the fire fighting aim of knowing the optimal duration of the project to be completed. The indicators used to calculate the optimal duration are the relationship between jobs, the change in duration with a 50% probability and the project buffer. Scheduling that has been made previously is carried out by classifying the project activities and then calculating with the method critical chain to find and determine the amount of the project buffer that will be used to analyze the previously made scheduling. The results of the calculation of the method critical chain obtained the project completion time to be 1563 working days from 1830 working days. From the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that the project can be accelerated by the method critical chain and the use of project buffer duration can provide information for project executors in taking actions related to controlling during project implementation, especially in controlling risks that will make the project late.
