Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu investasi dalam saham tidak terlepas dari pengetahuan dan kemampuan investor dalam mengolah informasi yang tersedia di pasar modal. Informasi fundamental adalah informasi yang berhubungan dengan kondisi perusahaan yang terdapat di dalam laporan keuangan. Selain itu pembagian dividen juga merupakan faktor yang menarik investor menanamkan modalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan profitabilitas, dividen tunai, arus kas operasi, arus kas investasi dan arus kas pendanaan terhadap harga saham. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari 12 emiten consumer goods di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis menggunakan regresi data panel yang diolah dengan e-views 7. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh antara profitabilitas, arus kas operasi, arus kas investasi dan arus kas pendanaan terhadap harga saham secara simultan dan secara parsial kelima variabel tersebut berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Hanya variabel dividen tunai yang tidak mempengaruhi harga saham consumer goods periode 2008 – 2012. Kata kunci : Profitabilitas, Dividen Tunai, Arus Kas Operasi, Arus Kas Investasi, Arus Kas Pendanaan dan Harga Saham. The success of an investment in the stock can not be separated from the knowledge and ability of investors to process the information that is available at the capital market. Fundamental information is the information that relating to the condition of the company which contained at the financial statements . In addition, the distribution of dividends is also a factor that attracts investors to invest their capital. This study aims to determine relationship of profitability, cash dividend, operating cash flow, investment cash flow and financing cash flow on stock prices. This research method is causal associative using secondary data. Source of data used comes from 12 list consumer goods in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Regression analysis using panel data WHICH is processed by e-views 7. The conclusion of this study is that there is influence between profitability, operating cash flow, investment cash flow and financing cash flow on stock prices simultaneously and partially the five variables affect stock prices.Only cash dividend have no effect to the stock prices of the consumer goods period 2008 - 2012.
