Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how big the level of student satisfaction in the online learning system with POST & eLearning media, so that students feel satisfied with the system. This study uses the End User Computer Satisfaction (EUCS) model using 5 (five) variables, namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness. Of the 394 respondents who used the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and the data were analyzed using SPSS v23, the results showed that the validity test was valid, because rCount > rTable and the validity test using Cronbach's Alpha technique got reliable results, because Cronbach's value Alpha > 0.60. Based on the End User Computer Satisfaction (EUCS) model, the content variable is 80.40% of the importance dimension and 78.56% of the performance dimension. The accuracy variable gets 77.56% of the importance dimension and 74, 87% of the performance dimension. The format variable gets results of 79.35% from the importance dimension and 77.25% from the performance dimension. The ease-of-use variable obtained results of 83.07% from the importance dimension and 80.18% from the performance dimension. The timeliness variable obtained results of 76.82% from the importance dimension and 73.60% from the performance dimension. In calculating the User Satisfaction Index (IKP) the results are 77.20%, meaning that students agree and are satisfied with the online learning system with POST & eLearning media. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dalam sistem pembelajaran online dengan media POST & eLearning, sehingga mahasiswa merasa terpuaskan dengan sistem tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan model End User Computer Satisfaction (EUCS) dengan menggunakan 5 (lima) variabel yaitu content (isi), accuracy (ketepatan), format (bentuk), ease of use (kemudahan dalam menggunakan) dan timeliness (ketepaan waktu). Dari 394 jumlah responden yang digunakan dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS v23, bahwa hasil menunjukkan pada uji validitas adalah valid, dikarenakan rHitung > rTabel dan pada uji validitas dengan menggunakan teknik Cronbach’s Alpha mendapatkan hasil reliabel, dikarenakan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,60. Berdasarkan model End User Computer Satisfaction (EUCS) variabel content sebesar 80,40% dari dimensi importance dan 78,56% dari dimensi performance. Variabel accuracy mendapatkan hasil sebesar 77,56% dari dimensi importance dan 74, 87% dari dimensi performance. Variabel format mendapatkan hasil sebesar 79,35% dari dimensi importance dan 77, 25% dari dimensi performance. Variabel ease of use mendapatkan hasil sebesar 83,07% dari dimensi importance dan 80, 18% dari dimensi performance. Variabel timeliness mendapatkan hasil sebesar 76,82% dari dimensi importance dan 73, 60% dari dimensi performance. Dalam perhitungan Indeks Kepuasan Pengguna (IKP) mendapatkan hasil sebesar 77,20% artinya mahasiswa menyatakan setuju dan puas terhadap sistem pembelajaran online dengan media POST & eLearning.
