Abstract

Kondisi permasalahan di lapangan yaitu pada Sentra Keramik Plered di Purwakarta Jawa Barat dalam memproduksi kerajinan gerabah masih menggunakan alat teknologi konvensional. Selain itu, teknologi putar dekoratif keramik mengalami sistem penurunan kinerja alat putar dekoratif keramik. Turunnya kinerja alat putar dekoratif keramik disebabkan oleh putaran yang tidak stabil dan terlalu lama digerakkan menggunakan tangan manusia. Tidak stabilnya putaran meja putar karena buruknya operasi alat dan pemeliharaannya. Dengan turunnya unjuk kinerja alat putar dekoratif keramik memberikan dampak terhadap penuruan efisiensi, sehingga diperlukan suatu teknologi mesin putar dekoratif keramik portable. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Mengetahui perancangan, kinerja, dan penerapan serta analisis perbandingan keakuratan kekuatan motor pada teknologi mesin putar dekoratif keramik Portable. Pada perancangan mesin putar dekoratif keramik portable ini dilakukan sistem monitoring kecepatan putaran pada output motor pada mesin putar dekoratif keramik. pada sistem monitoring kecepatan putaran ini terletak pada output mesin putar dekoratif keramik. Pada mesin putar dekoratif keramik terdapat beberapa proses yaitu proses Sistem Analog menjadi sistem digital, pada mesin putar dekoratif keramik juga terdapat serangkaian akrilik sebagai peyangga beban keramik yang di gerakan oleh motor. Kecepatan putaran harus dimonitor dan dijaga biar stabil sehingga kecepatan dalam pembentukan keramik bisa terbentuk dengan cepat keramiknya dan memiliki nilai estetika. Dalam perancangan mesin putar dekoratif keramik portable dibutuhkan konsumsi daya dan kecepatan putar. Selain itu, Dalam hal pembentukan keramik di butuhkan bahan dasar yaitu tanah tanah liat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem yang dirancang mampu bekerja dengan baik. Selain itu, output motor pada mesin putar dekoratif keramik mampu memutar beban dengan stabil dan tidak terjatuh karena dikontrol oleh pengontrol kecepatan motor. Sistem ini memiliki konsumsi daya 30 watt dan kecepatan putar maksimal 100 rpm. Bobot maksimum beban tanah liat yang dapat diputar pada alat ini adalah 45 kg. The purposes of this study are 1) Knowing the design of a control system on Portable ceramic decorative rotary machine technology, 2) Knowing the performance and application of the control system on Portable ceramic decorative rotary machine technology, 3) Knowing the comparative analysis of motor power accuracy in Portable ceramic decorative rotary machine technology. . The research method used in this research is the Comparative Experimental Method which aims to obtain research data in the form of measurement results on motor rotation speed and rpm rotation set, with a quantitative research approach (data in the form of numbers). The study in this thesis research is an applicative research on Portable Ceramic Decorative Rotary Machine Technology. Ceramic decorative rotary machine can help the pottery making process and then increase its productivity. The electrical components to make the tool consist of a DC motor, a servo motor, a potentiometer sensor. The result of this research is the Control System on Portable Ceramic Decorative Rotary Machine Technology is able and can work well. In addition, the motor output on the ceramic decorative rotary machine is able to rotate the load stably and does not fall because it is controlled by the motor speed controller. This automatic Portable Ceramic Decorative Rotary Machine technology has a power consumption of 30 watts and a maximum rotating speed of 100 rpm.
