Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect between job satisfaction and employee engagement on turnover intention of employee in PT Asuransi Umum Mega. The reseach data were collected by distributing questionnary to employee with a total sample of 200 respondents. There are three variables in this research such as job satisfaction, employee engagement and turnover intention. Method of of data analysis used to determine the influence of independent variables on the dependen variable eithers simultaneously or partially is multiple linear regression analysis. Before processing the data, the test of research instrument was applied trhough analysis of reliability and validity. Regression model was also tested in order to fulfilled the norms of the classical linear regression assumptions. Results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that job satisfaction and employee engagement are simultaneously significantt imfluenced on turnover intention. On partial test, job satisfaction and employee engagement has a negative influence and significant on turnover intention. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan employee engagement terhadap turnover intention karyawan di PT Asuransi Umum Mega. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan dengan jumlah sampel 200 orang responden. Terdapat tiga variabel penelitian yaitu kepuasan kerja, employee engagement dan turnover intention. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen secara simultan dan parsial menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Sebelum pengolahan data, pengujian alat ukur penelitian diterapkan terlebih dahulu yang meliputi analisis validitas dan reliabilitas. Model regresi yang diterapkan juga diuji agar memenuhi kaidah asumsi regresi linear klasik. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan employee engagement secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Secara Parsial, kepuasan kerja dan employee engagement berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Employee Engagement, Turnover Intention
