Abstract
THE INFLUENCE OF CONFORMITY ON BULLYING BEHAVIOR IN YADIKA MIDDLE 11 ROSA DIAH PITALOKA ABSTRACT Bullying can occur anytime and anywhere. This research aims to determine the level of adolescent conformity toward bullying behavior by using quantitative method. The subyect in this research are 134 students from 198 population in Yadika 11 Junior High School. Data collected by questionnaire and measure two instruments consistend of Conformity Scale and Bullying Behavior Scale. This result in this research using regression showed the influence of conformity toward bullying and also showed that adolescent girls in the highest level who doing bullying and conformity. Keywords: conformity, bullying behavior, adolescents PENGARUH KONFORMITAS TERHADAP PERILAKU BULLYING DI SMP YADIKA 11 ROSA DIAH PITALOKA ABSTRAK Perilaku bullying dapat terjadi kapan saja dan dimana saja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan tingkat konformitas remaja terhadap perilaku bullying dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 134 siswa dari populasi yang berjumlah 198 siswa di SMP Yadika 11. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner menggunakan skala konformitas dan skala perilaku bullying. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh konformitas terhadap perilaku bullying dimana tingkat tertinggi siswa yang melakukan perilaku bullying dan konformitas adalah remaja perempuan. Kata kunci: konformitas, perilaku bullying, remaja
