Abstract
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ATTACHMENT AND PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING IN ADOLESCENTS WHO HAVE WORKING MOTHERS ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to explain and examine the relationship between attachment and psychological well-being in adolescents who have working mothers. The type of research used in this study is correlational quantitative. Subjects in this study were adolescents who have working mothers. The total of respondents in this study were 251 respondents. The data retrieval technique used is convenience sampling. The data was collected through two measuring instruments, namely the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA) scale developed by Armsdem and Greenberg and the Ryff Psychological Well-being scale from Ryff. The analysis technique used is pearson correlation. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between attachment and psychological well-being in adolescents with working mothers. Keywords : Attachment, Psychological Well-Being, Adolescents who have Working Mothers HUBUNGAN ATTACHMENT DAN PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING PADA REMAJA YANG MEMILIKI IBU BEKERJA ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan menguji hubungan attachment dan psychological well-being pada remaja yang memiliki ibu bekerja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja yang memiliki yang memiliki ibu bekerja. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 251 orang. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui dua alat ukur yaitu skala Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA) yang dikembangkan oleh Armsdem dan Greenberg dan skala Ryff Psychological Well-being dari Ryff. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan adalah korelasi pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan korelasi positif yang signifikan antara attachment dan psychological well-being pada remaja yang memiliki ibu bekerja.
