Abstract
Trans Residence Housing is a property company that actively targets consumers with the lower middle class. But as we know that targeting consumers need to highlight their identity, in this case the identity or image of the Trans Residence housing brand. One of the factors that influence society is the Logo. In this paper, the author wants to redesign the Trans Residence housing visual identity because the logo on the property company is considered to be lacking or has not been able to describe the company's vision and mission, so that it is not understood by the community. By redesigning the Visual Identity of Trans Residence property companies, it is expected to be able to place the value of the company's vision and mission into the Visual Identity Logo. The author hopes that people can understand the value of Trans Residence housing just by looking at the logo. This is expected to attract people to buy or invest in Trans Residence housing. Keyword : Rebranding, Housing, Logo, Visual Identity Perumahan Trans Residence merupakan perusahaan property yang sedang gencarnya membidik konsumen dengan target masyarakat menengah kebawah. Namun seperti yang kita ketahui bahwa membidik konsumen perlu menonjolkan identitas diri, dalam hal ini adalah identitas atau citra merek dari perumahan Trans Residence. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat adalah Logo. Dalam penulisan ini penulis ingin merancang ulang identitas visual perumahan Trans Residence karena logo yang terdapat pada perusahaan property ini di nilai kurang atau belum bisa menggambarkan visi dan misi dari perusahaan, sehingga kurang di mengerti oleh masyarakat. Dengan merancang ulang Identitas Visual dari perusahaan property Trans Residence di harapkan mampu menuangkan nilai visi dan misi perusahaan ke dalam bentuk Identitas Visual Logo. Penulis berharap masyarakat dapat memahami nilai dari perumahan Trans Residence dengan hanya melihat Logo nya. Dengan hal ini diharapkan mampu menarik masyarakat untuk membeli atau berinvestasi di perumahan Trans Residence. Kata kunci : Rebranding, Perumahan, Logo, Identitas Visual
