Abstract

Jak Lingko is a one-price transportation program for one trip that was launched by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta under the Anies Baswedan administration. This program allows passengers to pay a one-time payment of IDR 5,000 (or IDR 3,500 during the trial period) to then use a variety of small bus (Angkutan Kota) services to Transjakarta for 3 hours. Lack of promotion and information from the government about this card makes the public still feel confused and less understanding about this Trip Card. Therefore, in this case, a better promotion strategy is needed especially on the promotional media used and the information presented, so that the public can better understand and attract the interests of the community. Before making a campaign that is right on target, it is important to look at the visual references of a work that has been made previously and look for data that fits the target audience. In this final project, the writer uses motion graphic media as a promotional media to provide information about this jak Lingko trip card especially for the people of Jakarta. Keywords: Promotion, Jak Lingko, Jakarta Jak Lingko adalah program transportasi satu harga untuk satu kali perjalanan yang diluncurkan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta di bawah pemerintahan Anies Baswedan. Program ini memungkinkan penumpang membayar hanya satu kali bayar sebesar Rp 5.000 (atau Rp 3.500 selama masa ujicoba) untuk kemudian menggunakan berbagai layanan bus kecil hingga Transjakarta selama 3 jam. Kurangnya Promosi dan informasi dari pemerintah tentang Kartu ini membuat masyarakat masi merasa bingung dan kurang memahami tentang Kartu Trip ini. Oleh karena itu dalam hal ini memerlukan strategi promosi yang lebih baik terutama pada media promosi yang digunakan dan Informasi yang disajikan, agar masyarakat dapat lebih memahami sekaligus menarik minat masyarakat. Sebelum membuat promosi yang tepat pada sasarannya, penting untuk melihat refrensi visual dari suatu karya yang telah dibuat sebelumnya serta mencari data yang sesuai dengan target sasaran. Dalam tugas akhir ini, penulis menggunakan media motion graphic sebagai media promosi untuk memberikan informasi tentang kartu trip jak lingko ini khususnya untuk masyarakat jakarta.
