Abstract

This Study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competence , organizational culture and motivation on employee performance of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD)Cengkareng. This study involved 254 respondents who selected by cluster sampling. Data analysis was using multiple linear regression model and processed with SPSS vertion 20.0. The result of research showed that variable competence and motivation variables showed a very significant positive effect while the organizational culture variables showed significant positive effect. The correlation or the relationship between competence , organizational culture and motivation on employee performance of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Cengkareng is (R= 0.790) and the coefficient of determination or the number of R square is 0.624. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Cengkareng. Penelitian ini melibatkan 254 responden yang dipilih melalui cluster sampling. Analisis data menggunakan model regresi linier berganda dan diproses dengan SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi dan variabel motivasi menunjukkan pengaruh positif sangat signifikan sedangkan untuk variabel budaya organisasi menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan. Korelasi atau hubungan antara kompetensi, budaya organisasi dan motivasi dengan kinerja pegawai rumah sakit umum daerah (RSUD) Cengkareng adalah sebesar (R = 0,790) dan koefisien determinasi atau angka R square adalah sebesar 0.624 Kata kunci : Kompetensi , Budaya Organisasi , Motivasi , Kinerja karyawan
