Abstract

Overall Equipment Efectiveness (OEE) is a calculation method used in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to maximize the effectiveness of machines in industrial facilities. OEE Value is determined by Availability Rate, Performance Rate and Quality Rate. Low OEE of the Hipack III and UNIMACH stripping machine at PT Promedrahardjo Pharmaceutical industry identified the low effectiveness of the machine. The aims of Research is to improve the effectiveness of the Hipack III and UNIMACH stripping machine by increasing its OEE value. The analytical method used is the analysis of Six Big Losses, Fishbone Diagrams, and Pareto diagram. Results of The Research show that the six big losses dominant factor in the Hipack III and UNIMACH stripping machine are Downtime and Speed Losses. The Focused Improvements on minimazing it factors increase OEE’s Hipack machine value from 30.9% to 54.3% and OEE’s UNIMACH machine value from 33.6% to 57.6%. Keyword : Total Productive Maintenance, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Analisis Six Big Losses, Fishbone Diagram Overall Equipment Efectiveness (OEE) adalah metode perhitungan yang digunakan dalam Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) untuk memaksimalkan efektivitas fasilitas mesin di industri. Nilai OEE ini ditentukan oleh Availability, Performance dan Quality. Rendahnya nilai OEE mesin stripping Hipack III dan Unimach PT. Promedrahardjo Farmasi industri mengidentifikasikan rendahnya efektivitas mesin tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas mesin stripping Hipack III dan Unimach dengan meningkatkan nilai OEE mesin stripping tersebut. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Six Big Losses, Fishbone Diagram, dan Diagram Pareto. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang dominan dalam six big losses Mesin stripping Hipack III dan Unimach adalah Downtime Losses dan Speed Losses. Perbaikan yang berfokus pada upaya meminimalisirkan Downtime losses dan speed losses meningkatkan nilai OEE mesin Hipack dari 30,9% menjadi 54,3% dan nilai OEE mesin Unimach dari 33,6% menjadi 57,6%.
