Abstract
Precast Concrete or also called precast concrete is a concrete material that has been made in a factory in the form according to the mold, then the molded concrete will be transported and installed to the building construction site. Precast concrete is a construction product produced by concrete casting in a mold that can be used back. In contrast, standard / ordinary concrete is cast and cured in the field. The precast concrete production process is carried out at ground level, which helps in the overall level of project safety. There are tighter controls on the quality of materials and workmanship in precast plants than on construction sites. Financially, molds used in preprinted plants can be reused hundreds of thousands of times before they have to be replaced, which allows the cost of formwork per unit to be lower than for direct production at the project site. In the Emerald Bintaro Apartment project, the use of this precast wall was chosen because it considered several factors including, facilitating structural work and when finishing the walls of the façade area, saving costs on using conventional walls, the design can adjust according to the desires / shopdrawing that has been determined. Keywords: precast façade wall,, precast wall, Emerald Bintaro Apartment Beton Precast atau juga disebut beton pracetak merupakan bahan beton yang telah dibuat di pabrik dengan bentuk sesuai cetakan, kemudian beton yang dicetak tersebut akan diangkut dan dipasang ke tempat lokasi konstruksi bangunan.Beton pracetak adalah produk konstruksi yang dihasilkan oleh pengecoran beton dalam cetakan yang dapat digunakan kembali. Sebaliknya, beton standar/biasa dicor dan dicuring di lapangan. Proses produksi beton precast dilakukan pada permukaan tanah, yang membantu dalam tingkat keselamatan kerja proyek keseluruhan. Terdapat kontrol yang lebih ketat pada kualitas bahan dan pengerjaan di pabrik pracetak daripada di lokasi konstruksi. Secara finansial, cetakan-cetakan yang digunakan di pabrik pracetak dapat digunakan kembali ratusan hingga ribuan kali sebelum merekaharus diganti, yang memungkinkan biaya bekisting per unit lebih rendah daripada untuk produksi langsung di lapangan proyek. Pada proyek Apartemen Emerald Bintaro, penggunaan dinding precast ini dipilih karena mempertimbangkan beberapa factor antara lain, mempermudah pekerjaan struktur dan pada saat finishing dinding area façade, menghemat biaya pada menggunakan dinding konvensional, desain dapat menyesuaikan sesuai dengan keinginan / shopdrawing yang telah di tentukan.
