Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the effect of leadership style, compensation systems and discipline of work to the performance of employees in the Secretariat General of the National Security Council. This study is the result of quantitative research, with descriptive research methods. The research data obtained through questionnaires, interviews and data dokumentatif and supporting literature relevant to this study. The result showed that the style of leadership, compensation system and working discipline affect and positive impact on the performance of employees in the Secretariat General of the National Security Council. These results indicate that the positive effect that the third hypothesis that leadership style has positive influence on employee performance, Compensation positive effect on employee performance, Discipline Working positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: leadership style, Compensation, Employee Discipline, Performance Employee Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, sistem kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat Jenderal Dewan Ketahanan Nasional. Penelitian ini merupakan hasil penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Data penelitian didapat melalui kuisioner, wawancara dan data dokumentatif serta literatur pendukung yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, dan sistem kompensasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja serta berdampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat Jenderal Dewan Ketahanan Nasional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahwa ketiga hipotesis berpengaruh positif yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai,.
