Abstract

ABSTRAK Simpang tiga lengan yang menghubungkan JL. Mess Al – JL.Raya Pabuaran – JL. Rawa Dollar Kota Bekasi berpotensi menimbulkan antrian, kemacetan dan tundaan karena kondisi arus lalu lintas pada simpang mengalami penumpukan antrian pada jam – jam sibuk karena imbasnya volume kendaraan yang melintasi simpang tersebut. Lingkungan sekitar simpang tersebut merupakan wilayah – wilayah pendidikan, pertokoan, rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja ruas jalan dan simpang tiga lengan tidak bersinyal JL. Mess Al – JL. Raya Pabuaran – JL. Rawa Dollar dengan acuan MKJI (1997), analisa kinerja dilakukan pengumpulan data meliputi data volume kendaraan, perhitungan pada ruas jalan. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa jam puncak terjadi pada hari Minggu jam 16.15 – 17.15 WIB dengan volume lalu lintas (Q) sebesar 2197,3 smp/jam, kapasitas (C) sebesar 2184,3838 smp/jam, derajat kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 1,01, tundaan lalu lintas simpang (DTI) sebesar 3,64 det/smp , tudaan lalu lintas jalan utama (DTMA) seesar 2,80 det/smp, tundaan lalu lintas jalan minor ( ) sebesar 5,33 det/smp, tundaan geometric (DG) sebesar 4,00 det/smp, tundaan simpang (D) sebesar 7,64 det/smp, dan peluang antrian (QP) sebesar 41% - 80% dengan nilai Level Of Service F menunujukan kondisi operasional lalu lintas padat. Kata Kunci : MKJI, Kapasitas, Derajat Kejenuhan, Tingkat Pelayanan ABSTRACT According to BPS Bekasi data (Central Statistics Agency) in 2018 or the last data that has been collected BPS, the number of registered population is 2,932 million and each year increase by 2.71%. Resulting in increased urbanization flows in the area of Bekasi city. The research aims to understand road and intersection three bersinyal no sleeves JL. Mess Al – JL. Raya Pabuaran – JL. Rawa Dollar With reference mkji ( 1997 ), performance data analysis covering data collection was done vehicle volume, calculation in roads. The research obtained that hours the top occurring on sunday hours 16.15 – 17.15 WIB with Traffic volume (Q) of 2197.3 SMP/hour, Capacity (C) of 2184.3838 SMP/hr, Degree of saturation (DS) of 1.01, delay traffic Junction (DTI) of 3.64 sec/SMP, the main road traffic (DTMA) is 2.80 sec/SMP, delay a minor road traffic ( ) amounting to 5.33 sec/SMP, delay geometric (DG) of 4.00 sec/SMP, Delay Junction (D) of 7.64 sec/SMP, and the opportunity Queue (QP) of 41%-80% with the Level Of Service F value showing the operational conditions of solid traffic.
