Abstract

This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of training and motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Divisi JTP. The sampling method used is simple random sampling, sampling on the overall population of 79 people, while the use of 79 samples is justification researchers based on the fulfillment of the requirements of respondents on eligibility questionnaire data for further data processing is done, the data is a viable questionnaire data has the answers to any statement that is filed and not outliers. Methods of collecting primary data in the form of a questionnaire using Likert scale. Validity and reliability testing using the test Pearson product moment and statistic Cronbach Alpha. Analytical methods to answer hypotheses using multiple linear regression. The results showed training and motivation simultaneously had a significant positive impact on the performance of employees. In partial training does significant positive impact on the performance of the employees, while the motivation does significant positive impact on the performance of the employees. Training is the most powerful variable impact on employee performance in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Division JTP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Pelatihan dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Divisi JTP. Metode sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampel acak sederhana, pengambilan sampel pada keseluruhan populasi berjumlah 79 orang, sedangkan penggunaan 79 sampel adalah justifikasi peneliti berdasarkan pemenuhan persyaratan jawaban responden atas kelayakan data kuesioner untuk dilakukan pengolahan data lebih lanjut, data kuesioner yang layak adalah data yang memiliki jawaban untuk setiap pernyataan yang diajukan dan tidak outlier. Metode pengumpulan data primer berupa kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan uji pearson product moment dan statistik Cronbach Alpha. Metode analisis untuk menjawab hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelatihan dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan merupakan variabel yang paling kuat pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Divisi JTP.
