Abstract

This study aims to to examine and analyze the influence of leadership transformational , motivation intrinsic , and authentic personal branding on the employee performance of PT. Astrido Pacific Finance .Data the research is the data collected and distributed uses a questionnaire in 2015 .Population to research this as many as 100 respondents .Sample method used in this research is sample saturated which means that all population are only sampled research .Methods used to research this is the method multiple analysis .The research results show that h1: leadership transformational in partial impact on performance an employee of PT. Astrido Pacific Finance with the results of uji-t of 10.661 and the level significantly by 0.000 , h2: motivation intrinsic in partial do not affect impact on performance an employee of PT. Astrido Pacific Finance with the results of uji-t of -0.359 and significant far above 0.000 namely 0.721, H3: authentic personal branding in partial impact on performance an employee of PT. Astrido Pacific Finance with the results of uji-t of 22.605 and the level significantly by 0.000 .H4: simultaneously leadership transformational, motivation intrinsic, and authentic personal branding impact on performance an employee of PT. Astrido Pacific Finance with the results of uji-f of 295.411 and the level significantly by 0.000 . Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Intrinsic Motivation, Authentic Personal Branding, and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi intrinsik, dan authentic personal branding terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Astrido Pacific Finance. Data Penelitian ini merupakan data yang dikumpulkan dan disebarkan menggunakan kuesioner pada tahun 2015. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Metode sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh yang artinya semua populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode analisis berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa H1: kepemimpinan transformasional secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Astrido Pacific Finance dengan hasil uji-t sebesar 10.661 dan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0.000, H2: Motivasi intrinsik secara parsial tidak berpengaruh berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Astrido Pacific Finance dengan hasil uji-t sebesar -0.359 dan signifikan jauh diatas 0.000 yaitu 0.721, H3: authentic personal branding secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Astrido Pacific Finance dengan hasil uji-t sebesar 22.605 dan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0.000. H4 : Secara simultan kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi intrinsik, dan authentic personal branding berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Astrido Pacific Finance dengan hasil uji-F sebesar 295.411 dan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0.000.
