Abstract

Penggunaan VoIP (voice over internet protocol) merupakan teknologi yang mampu melewatkan suara atau video melalui jaringan IP (internet protocol) secara real time, mulai timbul adanya kecendrungan transfer informasi voice kualitas suaranya secara besar-besaran melalui jaringan IP dan juga informasi-informasi lainnya seperti video dan messaging. Karena keunggulan VoIP ditawarkan oleh service provider dan memasarkan teknologi ini agar dapat dirasakan maksimal, fungsinya digunakan masyarakat saat ini. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan pada VoIP yang tidak selalu memberikan performa yang terbaik, diantaranya pengaruh terhadap routing. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan sebuah uji coba analisis design quality of service VoIP & data mengunakan routing OSPF dan MPLS. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini, layanan VoIP dan data menggunakan aplikasi GNS3 (Graphical Network Simulator), aplikasi Asterisk sebagai server PBX (Private Branch Exchange) komunikasi ke satu telfon atau lebih, Virtualbox, Softphone Zoiper sebagai extension user pada VoIP, FTV Server sebagai pengiriman data, routing OSPF dan MPLS sebagai simulasi router penghubung jaringan dan pengukuran parameter QoS menggunakan wireshark. Hasil penelitian menunjukan masing-masing percobaan, bahwa nilai QoS dari tabel dan grafik yang sudah dianalisa, maka dengan bandwidth yang bebeda, penulis menyimpulkan yang didapat dari jaringan VoIP dan hasil pengujian dapat dilihat dalam keadaan kondisi normal parmameter dan kondisi tidak normal terdapat nilai delay rata-rata dengan routing OSPF 0,004 ms dan rotuing OSPF dengan MPLS 0,005ms. routing protocol OSPF memiliki nilai hampir sama dengan routing protocol OSPF dengan MPLS dan memenuhi kategori standar ITU-T G.114. Routing protocol OSPF dan MPLS memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap masing-masing bandwidth dan nilai QoS, untuk selanjutnya mungkin perlu dilakukan pengukuran dengan menggunakan metode lain. Kata Kunci : QoS (Quality of Service), OSPF, MPLS, GNS3 The use of VoIP (voice over internet protocol) is a technology that is capable of passing a voice or video through IP (internet protocol network real time, begin to arise is a tendency transfer of information voice quality on a large scale through the IP network and also other information such as video and messaging. Because of excellence voip offered by a service provider and markets this technology so that maximum can be perceived, used is function of current public, its function is to used the public is a now. Many factors that because on voip not always make the best performance, including the effect on routing. In this study, a simulation testing of analysis design quality of service VoIP & data using OSPF and MPLS routing. The implementation of this research, VoIP services and data using GNS3 (Graphical Network Simulator), Asterisk application is a PBX (Private Branch Exchange) server communication to one or more telephone, Virtualbox, Zoiper Softphone is a user extension on VoIP, FTV Server is data transmission, routing OSPF and MPLS is a simulation of network connecting router and QoS parameter measurement using wireshark. In This results show experiment, that the QoS value of the tables and graphic that have been analyzed, then with different bandwidth, the authors conclusion obtained from the VoIP network and test results can be seen under normal conditions parmameter and abnormal condition there is average delay value with routing OSPF 0,004 ms and routing OSPF with MPLS 0,005 ms . OSPF routing protocols have almost the same value is a routing protocol OSPF with MPLS and meet ITU- T G.114 standard category, for the next maybe need to same measurement of the use other methods.
