Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Iklim Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Mahasiswa di Program Magister Pascasarjana, Universitas Mercu Buana, Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Kuesioner diberikan kepada 135 mahasiswa Pascasarjana di Program Magister Universitas Mercu Buana, Jakarta dari tanggal 1 Januari s/d tanggal 10 Juli 2016. Dari 127 kuesioner yang dikembalikan, 122 telah diselesaikan. Pendekatan regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Iklim Organisasi dari Universitas dan Motivasi mahasiswa memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Mahasiswa. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Iklim Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kinerja Mahasiswa This study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Climate, and Work Motivation to students’ Performance at the Graduate Master Program, Mercu Buana University, Jakarta. This research used simple random sampling method. Questionnaires were administered to 135 Graduate students at the Master Program at the Mercu Buana University from January 1st to July 10th 2016. From the 127 questionnaires returned, 122 were completed. The Multiple Linear Regression approach was used to analyze the data and the results showed that Transformational Leadership and Organizational Climate of the University, and the students’ Motivation had significantly and positively influence the students’ Performance.
