Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Competency, Motivation and Leadership Style on Audit and Advisory Staff Performance PT."XYZ", Tbk. The method of collecting data using saturated sampling or census method. Questionnaires have been distributed to all Audit and Advisory Staffs and 85 questionnaires completed and returned. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the classical assumption. Hypothesis testing using t- test and F-test. From the results of this study showed that Competency, Motivation and Leadership Style are have positive significant effect on Audit and Advisory Staff Performance partially and simultaneously. The dominant result is the effect from democratic to quality. Management needs to further improve work discipline and responsibility of staff, providing clarity of career opportunities and apply democratic leadership style in the work process and decision-making. Keywords: competency, motivation, leadership style, staff performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kompetensi, Motivasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Staf Audit dan Advisory PT.”XYZ”,Tbk. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan sampling jenuh atau metode sensus. Kuisioner telah didistribusikan untuk seluruh staf Audit dan Advisory dan sejumlah 85 kuisioner diisi lengkap dan dikembalikan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik. Uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dan Uji F. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Kompetensi, Motivasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Staf Audit dan Advisory baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil yang paling dominan adalah pengaruh dimensi demokratis terhadap kualitas. Manajemen perlu lebih meningkatkan disiplin kerja dan tanggungjawab staf, memberikan kejelasan peluang karir dan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dalam proses kerja dan pengambilan keputusan.
