Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) , Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) before dan after IPO toward on the ROA. The Datas used is secondary data in the form of data quarterly financial ratios derived from OJK report the Bank BJB periode 2005- 2015. Methodology used in this research is multiple regression analysis with dummy variable. The F-statistic test with α =5% and it shows that variable of effect IPO, CAR, NPL, BOPO, NIM, and LDR simultaneously affect significantly to ROA. The effect IPO test results (Dummy variabel) its shows that effect IPO have negative effect and significant toward ROA before and after IPO. The t test result it shows that CAR and NIM have significant positif effect on ROA, while the NPL, BOPO and LDR no effect and is not significant towards ROA. Keywords : Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) , Net Interest Margin (NIM),Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return on Asset (ROA) and Initial Public Offering (IPO). Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh CAR, NPL, BOPO, NIM dan LDR sebelum dan setelah IPO terhadap ROA pada PT. Bank BJB, Tbk. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berupa data rasio keuangan kuartalan yang diperoleh dari publikasi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Bank BJB periode 2005 – 2015. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan dummy variable. Hasil uji F-statistik dengan α =5% menunjukkan bahwa efek IPO, CAR, NPL, BOPO, NIM dan LDR secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap ROA. Hasil uji efek IPO (Dummy variable) menunjukkan bahwa efek IPO berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA sebelum dan setelah IPO. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa CAR dan NIM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA, sedangkan NPL, BOPO, dan LDR tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap ROA. Kata kunci: CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), NPL (Non Performing Loan) , BOPO (Biaya Operasi Pendapatan Operasi), NIM (Net Interest Margin), LDR (Loan To Deposit Ratio), ROA (Return on Asset) dan IPO (Initial Public Offering).
