Abstract

ABSTRAK Saat ini dengan teknik konstruksi modern yang memanfaatkan bahan berkekuatan tinggi menyebabkan struktur menjadi fleksibel, terutama pada lantai berbentang panjang. Bentang panjang pada lantai bangunan gedung berstruktur baja memang memiliki banyak sifat yang diinginkan seperti lebih ringan, tahap pembangunan lebih cepat, dan ramah lingkungan dan juga telah banyak digunakan dalam konstruksi bangunan. Namun, struktur bentang panjang ini rentan terhadap getaran yang berlebihan dan kompleks di bawah kegiatan aktivitas berirama manusia. Terjadinya getaran yang berlebihan pada lantai bangunan umumnya tidak menjadi masalah dari segi keamanan sistem struktur lantai tersebut, tetapi menyebabkan ketidaknyaman pengguna bangunan. Pada penelitian ini analisis dinamik dan uji kasus dilakukan untuk menganalisa seberapa besar respon dinamis akibat getaran pada struktur lantai bangunan gedung yang mempunyai struktur baja yang sering dipergunakan dalam pembangunan. Contoh nya pada bangunan gedung wisma 48 pada struktur lantai lapangan futsal. Analisa dinamis dilakukan dengan bantuan software ETABS V.16.2 dan didapat beberapa kesimpulan mengenai 2 aspek respon dinamis dari struktur gedung wisma 48 yaitu frekuensi alami dan acceleration atau percepatan. Untuk frekuensi alami dan acceleration dari bangunan dapat mengacu kepada ketentuan dari National Building Code of Canada. Setelah frekuensi akibat beban dinamis manusia terdefinisi, maka antara frekuensi alami dan frekuensi akibat beban dinamis manusia dibandingkan. Lalu untuk acceleration dibandingkan pada batas maksimum kriterianya Dengan didapatkannya beberapa kesimpulan, maka diharapkan respon dinamis struktur lantai bangunan akibat beban manusia yang bergerak bisa lebih dipahami. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa untuk mode shape pertama dari lantai memiliki nilai frekuensi alami 6,716 Hz yang dimana masih sesuai kriteria yang ada yaitu falami > 5 Hz. sUntuk kriteria batas percepatan , nilai percepatan maksimum dari lantai yang bergetar akibat adanya beban eksitasi tidak melebihi batas nilai percepatan yang ada yaitu semua kasus yang ditinjau mempunyai nilai a < 0.5 ⁄ . Sehingga dapat dikatakan respon struktur lantai gedung wisma 48 tersebut secara kekuatan struktur dan kenyaman memenuhi syarat kriteria penerimaan dan tidak perlu ada nya tindakan perbaikan apapun. ABSTRACT Nowadays, with modern construction techniques that utilize high-strength materials, the structure becomes flexible, especially on long-stretched floors. Long stretches on the floors of steel structure buildings do have many desirable properties such as lighter, faster development stages, and are environmentally friendly and have also been widely used in building construction. However, this long span structure is vulnerable to excessive vibrations and complexes under the activities of human rhythmic activity. The occurrence of excessive vibration on the floor of the building is generally not a problem in terms of the security of the floor structure system, but it causes inconvenience to building users. In this study, dynamic analysis and case tests were conducted to analyze how much the dynamic response due to vibration on the floor structure of buildings that have steel structures that are often used in construction. An example is the building of the guesthouse 48 on the structure of the futsal court floor. Dynamic analysis was carried out with the help of ETABS V.16.2 software and some conclusions were obtained regarding the 2 aspects of dynamic response from the structure of the house structure 48 namely natural frequency and acceleration. For natural frequency and acceleration of buildings, refer to the provisions of the National Building Code of Canada. After the frequency due to dynamic human load is defined, then between natural frequency and frequency due to human dynamic load is compared. Then for acceleration compared to the maximum limit of criteria. With some conclusions obtained, it is expected that the dynamic response of the structure of the building floor due to the human burden of movement can be better understood. From the results of the study it was found that for the first shape mode of the floor it has a natural frequency value of 6.716 Hz which still matches the existing criteria, namely falami> 5 Hz. For the acceleration limit criteria, the maximum acceleration value from the vibrating floor due to the excitation load does not exceed the existing acceleration limit, that is, all the cases reviewed have a value of acceleration < 0.5 ⁄ . So that it can be said that the response of the structure of the 48th house building in terms of structural strength and comfort meets the criteria for acceptance criteria and there is no need for any corrective action.
