Abstract
The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a competency development program, for prospective officials, which focuses on improving soft competencies (core competencies and competencies) based on the results of the assessment and competency development based on the leadership code. The results of the assessment used as a gap reference have not been properly captured. The Feedback Process is still not running optimally, it is still done using paper, so it is less effective and efficient related to the recording and processing of the feedback. Work plan development (Individual Development Program) has not been structured and has not been routinely fulfilled by Mentee Work plan development (Individual Development Program) is not yet optimal. Some of the above are written by the author in making the Web-Based PT PLN (Persero) Leadership Development Program Information System (E-LDP). In building the system, several actions are taken, namely System Requirement Analysis, System and Software Design, Implementation, System Testing, Operation and Maintenance. The development of the system uses the native PHP programming language for the web system, as well as the MySQL database. The results of this study are a leadership development program information system that helps facilitate the implementation of the LDP (Leadership Development Program) Key words: Development, Informasi, Leadership, Program, Sistem Leadership Development Program (LDP) merupakan program pengembangan kompetensi, bagi pegawai dengan memfokuskan pada peningkatan soft competency (kompetensi inti dan kompetensi peran) berdasarkan hasil asesmen dan membangun kompetensi leadership berbasis leadership code. Dimulai dari hasil asesmen yang digunakan sebagai acuan gap kompetensi namun belum terekap dengan baik. Proses Feedback masih belum berjalan maksimal dikarenakan masih dilaksanakan menggunakan form kertas, sehingga kurang efektif dan efisien terkait perekapan dan pengolahan hasil feedback. Pembuatan workplan (Individual Develo pment Program) belum terstruktur dan belum secara rutin diisi oleh Mentee Pembuatan workplan (Individual Development Program) belum optimal. Beberapa hal diatas melatar-belakangi penulis dalam pembuatan Sistem Informasi Leadership Development Program PT PLN (Persero) Berbasis Web (E-LDP). Dalam membangun sistem dilakukan beberapa action yaitu Analisis Kebutuhan Sistem, Desain Sistem dan Perangkat Lunak, Implementasi, Pengujian Sistem, Operasi dan Pemeliharaan. Pembangunan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP native untuk sistem web, serta database MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sebuah sistem informasi leadership development program yang membantu memudahkan pelaksanaan LDP (Leadership Development Program) Kata kunci: Development, Informasi, Leadership, Program, Sistem
