Abstract

In the case study of the field of work of apartments on the calculation of electricity and water use, prioritizing the focus on the use of energy distribution throughout the building with accurate data. The purpose of this web-based application is to facilitate business processes, data accuracy, and efficiency in processing data for analysis and development. The data used are meter numbers of electricity and water distribution equipment in apartment buildings. The data can later be processed into daily & monthly report forms that are needed in accordance with the needs of the manager in the use of electricity and water. Through web-based applications that are designed based on php programming & using codeigniter framework. The main focus of data processing taken directly from building energy distribution equipment will be recorded by taking pictures and recorded, which is then analyzed and processed for reports and for special purposes. Dalam studi kasus bidang kerja apartemen terhadap perhitungan pemakaian listrik dan air, mengutamakan fokus terhadap penggunaan distribusi energi tersebut ke seluruh gedung dengan data yang akurat. Tujuan dari aplikasi yang dirancang berbasis web ini adalah untuk memudahkan bisnis proses, keakuratan data, serta efisiensi dalam mengolah data untuk analisa serta dikembangkan. Data yang digunakan adalah angka meter dari peralatan distribusi energi listrik & air di gedung apartemen. Data-data tersebut nantinya dapat diolah menjadi bentuk laporan harian & bulanan yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pihak pengelola dalam pemakaian energi listrik & air. Melalui aplikasi berbasis web yang dirancang menggunkan bahasa pemrograman php & menggunakan framework codeigniter. Fokus utama pemrosesan data yang diambil secara langsung dari peralatan distribusi energi gedung akan didata dengna pengambilan gambar serta tercatat, yang kemudian dilakukan analisa serta diolah untuk laporan maupun untuk keperluan khusus. Kata Kunci : Pencatatan meteran, Pendataan meteran, Analisa pemakaian listrik air gedung, Apartemen.
